Undertaker Wrestling at Extreme Rules?, Antonio Cesaro Grants Wishes

- The Undertaker was not scheduled to wrestle at May’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view but with CM Punk missing the show and John Cena possibly being off the pay-per-view due to his injury, there is now talk that Taker may be brought in to add star power to the line-up.

- Antonio Cesaro granted several wishes with WWE and Make-A-Wish while the company was in Switzerland earlier this month. These are Cesaro’s first wishes as a WWE Superstar. He was also named WWE’s Swiss Make-A-Wish Ambassador. Here are some photos:

Backstage News on Plans for the WWE Tag Team Titles, The Shield

- While Triple H and The Undertaker appeared in segments with Kane and Daniel Bryan against The Shield at this week’s WWE TV tapings, word is that neither man will be working the feud right now.
The current plan is for Kane and Daniel Bryan to defend the WWE Tag Team Titles against two members of The Shield, likely at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view. It’s expected this is where Kane and Bryan will drop the titles.

Backstage News on The Undertaker, Injury Updates on CM Punk and HHH

- Triple H was unable to lift his arm on Monday after banging it up at WrestleMania 29.

- CM Punk was backstage at Monday’s RAW but was having a lot of trouble walking. Word at RAW was that Punk would be getting his knees examined this week as he really hurt it on the table elbow drop at WrestleMania 29.

- The Undertaker was said to be doing fine after WrestleMania 29, considering his physical condition. Despite the tease with The Shield on RAW, word is that he isn’t expected to wrestle anytime soon.

John Cena Not 100% for WrestleMania 29, Comments on Taker’s WM30 Status

- John Cena mentioned during an interview with Hollywoodlife.com that he went into WrestleMania after a case of bad food poisoning that he received last week, as well as a broken thumb.

- John Cena also noted during an appearance on The Crossover that his favorite WrestleMania match other that his own was The Undertaker vs. CM Punk. “I thought it was great,” he said. “I just didn’t want it to end.”

When asked if that could have been The Undertaker’s final match, Cena said, “I think he is going to show up for Wrestlemania next year.”

Backstage Update from RAW on The Rock’s Injury, Why CM Punk Was Kept Off Tonight’s RAW

- CM Punk was kept off tonight’s RAW to sell his loss to The Undertaker and because he’s banged up. As noted, he will be on next week’s RAW.

- The Rock’s torn abductor and abdominal muscles injury is reportedly a legitimate injury. The story is that Rock left WrestleMania abruptly after learning of the injury. He immediately went home to get treatment because he has to film Hercules soon.

There was initially heat on The Rock because many within WWE were not aware of the injury. The heat is gone although there was grumbling among some wrestlers that if they can work hurt, Rock could have at least came out and done a promo. WWE was not informed of Rock’s injury until well into this afternoon, causing mass re-writes to RAW and the chaos that comes along with it.

Jim Ross Blogs on Monday's Raw and Top Matches for WrestleMania 29

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with a new blog on jrsbarbq.com, where he talked about the three top WrestleMania 29 matches and Monday's RAW:

- Thought that the final segment of Raw involving Taker and Punk was controversial and dramatic and it made me want to see the match between the two even more. I can certainly see where some viewers were uncomfortable with the presentation but perhaps that was the intent. Mark my words, @CMPunk vs. Undertaker will be tougher than a $2 steak to follow.

- The hay is in the barn for Rock vs. Cena. It;'s been over a year since this rivalry started and Sunday is the time for the talking to end and the show closer to deliver. Following everything on the card and attempting to engage the audience who has been at the stadium for hours is daunting but that comes with the territory. I have every belief that the two men that I signed to WWE contracts will rise to the occasion.

- Thought the addition of HBK in HHH's corner vs. Brock Lesnar was a timely touch and that Paul Heyman was excellent on the mic representing his client. Slobber Knocker time for the Cerebral Assassin and the former WWE and UFC champion without question. This one won't be a Brisco vs. Funk catch as catch can masterpiece but it will be car crash-like. I see some sweet chin music in @HeymanHustle future in
Jersey. Just saying.

Paul Bearer's Son Talks to TMZ About Approving CM Punk Angle on Raw

- It's been reported that Paul Bearer's sons signed off on the angle at RAW a few weeks back where CM Punk interrupted The Undertaker's tribute and disrespected the urn.

Paul's son Michael Moody tells TMZ that WWE creative approached the Moody family for permission before the angle went down on TV and the family approved of it.

Michael told TMZ:

"We felt that dad would have wanted us at RAW last week and agreed to the angle … We knew Dad wouldn't have wanted it any other way."

New Paul Heyman T Shirt, Punk Pulled from Events

WWE has released new WrestleMania 29 merchandise and a new Paul Heyman t-shirt:
- CM Punk has been pulled from all live events until WrestleMania 29 for a number of reasons including him being physically banged up. People, including Punk, are still downplaying the arm injury that he suffered in the RAW match against Kane last week. WWE officials want him fresh and ready for the big match at WrestleMania 29.

Speaking of Punk, there were a lot of people not happy with his backstage segment at last night's RAW where he juggled around Paul Bearer's urn to taunt The Undertaker. The feeling was that it wasn't as good as the Punk-Bearer-Taker stuff from the week before and that this one was bad for WWE and just bad in general. On a related note, it's said there is some kind of issue between Punk and WWE creative right now but we don't know what those problems might be.

Jim Ross Runs Down Top Three WM29 Matches

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross has published a new blog entry on JrsBarbq.com discussing the top three matches at this year's WrestleMania 29 pay-per-view event.

"What really is the main event of WM29? From a marketing standpoint the answer is obvious, @TheRock defending the WWE Title against @JohnCena...without question and hands down. However, that doesn't mean that particular bout, which has the heavy responsibility of likely closing the near, four hour show, is dancing alone.

"Many fans are just as interested to see if 'The Streak' survives another year. Obviously, @CMPunk and @HeymanHustle feel that it won't and that Father Time and Punk's unique skill set can derail the most impressive accomplishment ever earned on the grandest stage of them all. Just curious, is being the man who finally beats the Undertaker at WrestleMania more of a lasting memory specifically to Punk's legacy than is his long, 400+ day WWE title reign?

"Others are intrigued to see if #TripleH can derail the PPV performing juggernaut Brock Lesnar in amatch driven by an intense, personal issue. Will Lesnar's MMA skills be too much for the Cerebral Assassin to handle? I am very anxious to see the strategies utilized by both men which obviously are going to be dictated by the stipulations of the match."

Mean Gene Teases Legend Appearance, Footage of Ryback & Sheamus at Toys R Us, More

- Below is footage of Ryback and Sheamus signing autographs at Toys R Us in New York City:

- The Undertaker is currently in the Superstar Spotlight on WWE's website.

- WWE Legend George "The Animal" Steele, who lives in Florida, noted on Twitter that he's currently in Pittsburgh - the site of tonight's RAW.

- We noted before that The Honky Tonk man denied rumors that he would be appearing on tonight's RAW. Mean Gene Okerlund tweeted the following: "Strong possibility that the greatest Intercontinental Champ of all time will make guest appearance on Raw tonite."

WWE RAW - IC Title Match, Undertaker, More

Tonight's WWE RAW will take place from the Consol Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - the hometown of 2013 Hall of Famer Bruno Sammartino.

Confirmed for tonight's show is Chris Jericho vs. The Miz vs. Wade Barrett for the Intercontinental Title plus an appearance by Triple H to respond to Brock Lesnar's stipulation challenge from last week.

WWE is advertising The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar to appear tonight. WWE Champion The Rockwill not be there. Advertised locally is The Shield vs. John Cena, Sheamus and Ryback, likely the dark main event.

WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight's show:

* What will The Game say to Brock Lesnar?

* Who will leave RAW as IC Champion?

* Who will make the next move for momentum - The Rock or John Cena?

* Can Alberto Del Rio or Jack Swagger find an edge going into WrestleMania?

* Has CM Punk gotten inside The Undertaker’s head?

JR Blog: Swagger vs. Jericho, Austin Going to Mexico

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross is back with a new blog on jrsbarbq.com. Here are some highlights:

- @steveaustinBSR about to head to Mexico to tape season three of CMT's Redneck Island and then onto his ranch in south Texas to start a new, reality show for CMT taped on the Broken Skull Ranch. Plus, the Texas Rattlesnake and devout JR's BBQ Sauce and Chipotle Ketchup user is about to step into the world of weekly podcasts. Stay tuned and follow Steve on Twitter for more info.

- Helluva match on Friday Night Smackdown between @RealJackSwagger and @IAmJericho. Jericho brings out the best in everyone he faces, which is a legit artform on the grappling canvas, and the former Division One, two sport athlete Swagger is getting better each week. Swagger's addition of veteran Zeb Colter to his presentation has been positive from the young Oklahoman's development.

- Still getting some lingering feedback regarding @CMPunk interrupting The Undertaker's tribute to the late, Paul Bearer Monday night. Again, I did not and do not have a problem with it especially considering that WWE honored the memory of my late friend throughout the night. For PB to be involved in another major, storyline leading into WrestleMania, would have thrilled him to no end. Villains do bad things and usually get their comeuppance in the end. Time will tell on the latter as it relates to Punk ending 'The Streak' which would be as big a defining moment as when the Ultimate Warrior beat Hulk Hogan at WM6, in the eyes of some.

- Was asked about if there was something that I could do over in my career what would it be. There aren't too many things because I'm a believer that things happen for a reason and we generally get what we have earned in life. However, I would love to have a 'do over' on my part of the call of @ShawnMichaels vs. @NatrBoyRicFlair bout. They deserved better from me at WM24. Perhaps I was TOO invested in the retirement match. However, no excuses just wish I had nailed it better.

The Call Update, Near-Ending Streak Moments, More

- WWE posted the following video looking at near-ending moments for The Streak:

 - Santino Marella noted on Twitter that he will be at Monday's RAW. Santino just returned to the US from a promotional tour in Italy and had some delays in getting back home.

- WWE Studios' The Call with Halle Berry and David Otunga earned $6.2 million at the box office on Friday night, coming in at #2. It's expected to gross between $16 and $17 million this opening weekend.

CM Punk Injury Update

Former WWE Champion CM Punk appeared at Friday's Raw live event in Bridgeport, Connecticut with Paul Heyman, but did not compete after reportedly suffering an arm injury during a match against Kane on Monday's Raw. According to a reader at the show, Punk cut a promo building his scheduled match against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 29, while also holding the urn he stole on Raw.

According to F4WOnline.com, the injury is not believed to be serious, but was enough to prevent him from competing Friday.

New WrestleMania 29 Match Officially Announced

A Six-Man Tag Team Match featuring Randy Orton, Sheamus and Ryback vs. The Shield is officially set for WrestleMania 29. The bout was made official by SmackDown General Manager Booker T on Friday's show following weeks of vicious attacks between both tag team parties.

Following Sheamus and Orton's victory over Team Rhodes Scholars, The Shield told the two former World Champions to find a partner to face them in a Six-Man Tag Team Match at WrestleMania 29. Later, Big Show offered his services to be their tag team partner, but was informed that they had already selected Ryback.

The following four matches have been announced for the pay-per-view event taking place April 7 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

* WWE Champion The Rock vs. John Cena

* World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio vs. Jack Swagger

* The Undertaker vs. CM Punk

* Randy Orton, Sheamus and Ryback vs. The Shield
